What’s new this fall at Kaiden

Welcome to Issue #001 of our new newsletter, Kaiden Insights. In this issue, we will briefly go through the latest news from our end.

Every month or so, we'll be sharing news, useful insights and tips from our experiences to support decision-makers facing similar challenges.

Another initiative to help more companies, teams and leaders is the Kaiden Ecosystem. We are looking to expand our offerings through an ecosystem of talented individuals.

Do you know someone who works in the same field as we do? Someone with experience as a CTO, CIO, CPO, or other senior tech positions? A professional who currently works as a freelancer or represents a business in some capacity?

We made a quick revamp of our old website. It is still kept simple and will continue to evolve over the course of autumn and beyond. We decided to follow advice we often give our clients: Done is opposite of perfect! _{(use it in moderation, though; does not work in all contexts)}

If you haven't met us before, here is a brief introduction to our team.

Lari has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, moving from developer to cloud specialist, to technical project management. With deep technical expertise and strong skills in requirements and functional design, he works seamlessly with both business and technical teams. He believes most software challenges stem from collaboration and communication, not technology.

Pyry has extensive international experience in software engineering and IT infrastructure, recently focusing on technical leadership. With a background in mission-critical industries like energy, he has led diverse teams, driving collaboration and problem-solving. Known for his curiosity, adaptability, and strong leadership, he excels at aligning technology and teams with business strategy to deliver results.

Some of you might have heard of our offering before, but likely not all.

Kaiden offers strategy-level consulting for technology products, ranging from due diligence assessments, business advisory and technology leadership.

What does all that mean then? Think of an on-demand CTO-level service for the needs required at different stages of a company: DD for M&A situations, advisory for personnel upskilling and outside viewpoint, leadership for interim or fractional CTO/CIO services. All of them require a holistic approach, considering not just technology, but the entire organisation.

Every member of our team has extensive technology experience, combined with histories in business leadership, including C level positions. We speak both languages.
